What to include

  • The device you are on, and the app version — it is under About in the app's menu
  • The email address on your account
  • The workspace or quiz it happened in, if there is one
  • What you expected, and what happened instead — a screenshot helps

Deleting your account

You can delete your account from Settings → Account in the app. It removes your data and your sign-in.

Don't have the app installed? Sign in at app.evolving-cognition.com/app/settings and go to Settings → Account → Delete account. A subscription is cancelled separately through the App Store or Google Play — deleting the account does not cancel it.

Can't sign in? Email us from the address on your account and we will delete the account, its data and its sign-in.

Report a copyright problem

If you believe content in Cognition infringes your copyright, email questions@gigasoftware.io with what the Terms of Use ask for under Copyright complaints: your contact details, the work you say is infringed, the workspace and note where the content appears, and the two statements they describe.

We remove the content, tell the person who shared it, and close the accounts of repeat infringers. If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, reply to our notice with your reasons and we will review it.
